Rough Construction Works

Facade Finishing Works
Complete facade works were carried out, including thermal insulation, finishing layers, and installation of facade elements. Modern, energy-efficient materials were used to provide protection and a visually harmonious appearance.
Thermal and Waterproof Insulation Works
The building underwent comprehensive thermal, waterproof, and sound insulation works. All systems were executed in accordance with quality standards and the requirements of the project documentation.
Roof Structure Works
The roof structure was designed to provide optimal thermal insulation and long-term durability. The works included installation of load-bearing components, thermal and waterproof insulation, as well as final roofing layers in accordance with standards for educational buildings.
Wall Restoration
Restoration works were performed on both interior and exterior walls to repair damage and enhance structural stability. High-quality materials were used to ensure longevity, moisture resistance, and a smooth surface for further finishing.
Gypsum Works
Gypsum works were carried out with a focus on functionality, quality, and aesthetics. The materials used provide excellent sound and thermal insulation, as well as a smooth surface finish ready for further decorative treatments.
